What is this service all about?
SMS-all is a group SMS service that allows you to get in touch with multiple people with a single SMS and develop your social network over SMS. It costs you only one SMS to send a message to a group of people simultaneously. You can create your own groups, add your friends to your group and communicate in group similar to reply-all feature of email or you can join some existing groups to chat with other group members.

How can I join this service?
You can register with the service by sending a blank SMS on our shortcodes 8001 and 8002. You will then receive a welcome message which will walk you through the next steps.

What happens once I join?
Once you have registered successfully, you will receive daily a single SMS from SMS-all to tell you more about SMS-all. These are scheduled messages that will stop automatically after 10 days.

What are charges of using this service?
Each SMS that you send on 8001 costs you Rs. 0.5+t and each message that you send on 8002 costs you 1.2+t Rs.

Are their any monthly charges or additional charges?
No! No additional or hidden charges!

Which operator does this service work on? And on which numbers?
SMS-all works on all the operators (Telenor, Ufone, Zong, Warid and Mobilink). For all networks, you can use the service on 8001 and 8002

Do I need a smart phone to use this service?
No, you can use this service on any cell phone! Including the cheapest ones in the market!

Are there any information streams from where I can receive daily SMS messages?
Yes, you can subscribe to our information streams. You can get daily news alerts, receive Ayat of the day, subscribe to IT tricks, Islamic-information, General Knowledge and Science. To know more, send sub to 8002.

How do I stop or unregister the service?
If you wish to stop receiving messages, you should simply send “stop” to 8002 and then you will not receive any messages.

Can I rejoin after Stop?
Yes, to rejoin, you just have to send any SMS to our short codes.

Will my groups be lost if I Stop?
No, all your groups will remain as it is even if you wish to stop the service for a while.

Can I use this service online?
Yes, you can use all the features online.

How do I register online?
Once you register via SMS, you are automatically registered with our service online as well. Just reset your password from our website, login and start using the service online. Please note that you can manage your groups and invite friends from our website. Messag sending is not yet enabled on our website!

What are the different features of this service?
There are many features. You can create groups and change various settings to set its privacy, to control its traffic and to manage its members. You can also subscribe to our information streams.

How do I learn more about the service?
You should read our delievery reports.

Can I promote my groups?
Yes you can. To promote any group, send: promote group-name to 8002. Once you promote, you group will be added at the tail end of 10000 SMS.

How do I report a group or give my feedback?
You can report a group to us via email (info@smsall.pk) or SMS to our support number 03124724598.

Is my number secure?
Yes. At no cost, we reveal your number to anyone!

What can I do if I don’t wish to receive messages from a user?
You can either block him or Kick him from your group. To know more about it, send:

What can I do if I don’t wish to receive messages from a group?
You can either mute the group for some time or leave that group. To know more about it, Send:
